Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you have any other issue with your order, please contact us and we can look into this further and where appropriate will provide a refund or exchange. In the event that a refund is agreed, ELEVEN Australia will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days.
