Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours so long as:

  • Order is made Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded) before 12:00pm (Central European Standard Time); and
  • Products are in stock

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address because of user error, we are not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery. Orders can usually take up to a maximum of 10 days for delivery although we will always make an effort to get your order to you sooner, if possible. In the event that delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Generally, we are able to ship within 3-7 business days however, lead times and cost will depend on where in Europe your order is shipping to. Please check advice at check out.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us (please see below email address) with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
